Pareto Leads · Operations intelligence

A lead is a story, not a row. This is where the whole story lives.

From the ad click to the call, the booking, the WhatsApp dispatch, the close report and the payment: every step of every lead, in order, traceable to the message or call it came from. Management sees the money. The call center sees what needs a human. Reps keep working in Monday.

Why we built it

Every lead costs time, money and energy. Every mishandled one is expensive.

01

Monday shows the state, never the story

A lead reads Cancelled. It does not say it was booked, rescheduled twice by the sub, and only then walked. Whether we handled it well is unknowable.

02

Revenue travels as free text

Close $906, parts 75, check to cash. Typed in a WhatsApp group, read by a person, retyped into a board. Error-prone and unauditable.

03

Problems surface after they cost money

Metrics live in heads and in end-of-shift reports written by hand. Nobody is alerted while the fix is still cheap.

Each system knows only its own fragment. The question that matters, what did this lead actually become, had no owner and no answer.

What it does

One database, three layers, no new CRM.

Monday stays the reps' workspace. Everything else streams into one event database that holds the full story of every lead, and every figure the system reports is derived from it, so it can always be traced back.

01

The event database

Monday, the call system, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Make and payments stream in as events. Every fact keeps its source. Nothing is overwritten.

02

Intelligence on top

An AI call auditor scores every call, an exception queue holds only what needs a human, and an alert engine catches problems while they are cheap.

03

Reports nobody writes by hand

Daily EOD reports, tomorrow's schedule to each sub group, the weekly performance report, and the weekly balance report per subcontractor.

Who it serves

One app, two faces, and a few people who never open it.

Management

Spend to valid leads to bookings to completed jobs to revenue to profit. Cost per completed job by campaign, unpaid aging, and how long each sub takes to pay.

Head of Call Center

A work queue, not a dashboard. Rep flags with the recording, the transcript and the exact moment. Contractor flags grouped per sub so hard conversations open with numbers.

Performance team

Valid lead rate and cost per valid lead by campaign and keyword, with every click joined to what the lead became.

Subcontractors

Tomorrow's schedule posted to their group, a balance report every week computed from their own close reports, and a nudge when a report cannot be read.

Reps

They never log in here. Monday stays their workspace, simplified, with fields filled from call transcripts so they type less and the data gets cleaner.

Clients

Each client of the agency is its own workspace with its own regions, sources and numbers. Pareto staff move between them, clients will see their own.
